No I’m wikileaks

When fitwatch was taken down I commented that the powers that be should have gone after the DNS provider as that would be harder to fix, and so it has come to pass that the DNS for wikileaks has been “confiscated”. So via facebook it seems someone on twitter has suggested that everyone who has their own domain name should add their own entry for wikileaks. Weather or riots… place your bets

I see from Facebook that the students plan to take to the streets again, though this time for a peaceful protest. though their banner does look like a cross between a socialist revolutionary poster and Irish republican lyrics/slogans – both movements well known for their peaceful nature. The Facebook group claims over 6,000 people are going to be attending, however looking out of my window I can see about 3 inches of snow on the ground and more falling. TSA roundup

Whilst the TSA “Scan or be groped” problem is currently restricted to the US, I’ve stumbled across enough articles discussing the matter of late that it seemed worth having a bit of a round up. If only because I know enough people that fly out there regularly and just as likely either the US will demand we have similar procedures (there being no point in having such procedures if people can avoid them simply by flying into the country) or we’ll copy them anyway.
