Censor the internet for the cheeeldren!

Internet filtering once more being pushed by the powers that be according to the Inquirer. Not going for out right censorship this time though, nope this time it’s for the children (as allegedly parents have been crying out to have the state block naughty things for their precious off spring as they can’t be arsed). So when you sign up to an ISP they’ll have to quiz you on who’s in your house and then encourage you to accept a suitable level of censorship. Modern justice or something

I’m not going to link to anyone’s blog just for a change, but I’m really quite astonished by some of the things that have been said in blogs I tend to frequent. Most of the blogs I read seem to generally be in favour of justice, against mob rule and generally believe in the old fashioned idea that someone is innocent until proven guilty – or at least I thought they did. I notice that once again November the fifth is fast approaching, which means it must be time for a little bit of seasonal exercise.
