I keep trying to find time to write an article about the latest moves from the new puritans and their ongoing attempts to ban anything they consider immoral, or that any of the rest of us consider fun. Two quick news items by way of the inestimable Dick Puddlecote. In reverse order: New smoking laws a farce and apparently there is surprise and welcome news from Stony Stratford regarding everyone’s favourite councillor – I shall leave the nature of the news as an exercise for the reader.
