A letter to the state

I’ve “stolen” this from Facebook and I don’t think it actually matters if this is a real letter as it purports or not, as it does really sum up the idocy of the state and how little benefit we get from all of it’s intrusion. Enjoy…. 0-1

UKIP and the mystery of the wasted vote

The Eastleigh elections are over and as everyone predicted the LibDems held the seat, the much more interesting part of the results was how well UKIP did and well done to them for it. Many people far more knowledgeable than me have commented on the recent downgrading of the UK’s credit rating from AAA to AA1 – this however is not going to stop me adding my tuppenth worth. It’s just one agency but it is a warning shot across the bows the policy being pursued by the current Government isn’t working, we’re borrowing more and there’s no growth- this is not how you reduce dept.
