Two quick news items by way of the inestimable Dick Puddlecote. In reverse order: New smoking laws a farce and apparently there is surprise and welcome news from Stony Stratford regarding everyone’s favourite councillor – I shall leave the nature of the news as an exercise for the reader. Both stories via Facebook, I suspect he’ll have more details up before too very long. Update As predicted Mr Puddlecote does indeed have the news Councillor Bartlett has resigned +20

Yes once more I’m returning to those crazy kids of the occupy movement, in a week where the LAPD have reportedly been destorying occupy tents* apparently up in Edinburgh the little bit of weather they’ve been having has cleared that camp quite effectively.
