An open letter to the UK Internet

To all my friends and the rest of the Internet in the UK,  It probably hasn’t escaped your attention that in a few months time we’re going to be having one of those general election things. In theory, this gives us a chance to change who governs us, the direction the country is going in and all that sort of good stuff. A flash of understanding

I suspect that many of you already know what I’m about to say and probably worked it out ages ok, but sometimes I’m a bit slow on the uptake. When equalities collide

It’s all too easy to mock comment pieces over on the Gruniad’s comments make free – but I’ve never been afraid of going for easy targets and this recent piece just amused me too much. Jane Fae is it seems convinced that “an unstoppable impulse is about to sweep away traditional ideas of gender – and we’ll all benefit”.
